Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a sealed edge bag (160) in which a laminate composite (141) is arranged, to a device (10) for producing sealed edge bags according to said method and to a sealed edge bag (160) produced according to said method. The laminate composite is separated from a laminate composite web (140) comprising a carrier film (110) on which substrates (130) that are covered respectively by a cover film (136) are arranged. An intermediate body (165) is guided to the laminate composite web or to the laminate composite or is formed in the carrier film such that the intermediate body or intermediate bodies surround at least partially all the free surfaces (133) of the substrate. The laminate composite and all the intermediate bodies are introduced between at least two packing material webs (61, 62). The packing material webs are sealed together. Subsequently the sealing edge bags (160) are separated. According to the invention, a method and a device for the automated manufacture of sealed edge bags and a thus sealed edge bag is developed.
