Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for separating light and thin sheet-shaped cut stems by using a throwing roller. The device comprises a vertically arranged separation chamber (T), and a cut stem guide device (1) and a cut stem distribution plate (2), which are arranged in the separation chamber (T). Further disclosed in the present invention is a method for separating light and thin sheet-shaped cut stems by using the device. The device of the present invention can be used to achieve sufficient separation of finished cut stems and light and thin sheet-shaped cut stems. It is the first time that the device of the present invention has been designed, and same can be directly connected to a cut stem air-delivery and loading section on a production line. The device has a small occupied area and is beneficial for industrial production.
