Abstract:
The invention relates to a popcorn preparation device (1) for preparing popcorn in a microwave oven (3), comprising a pot-like vessel (2) for accommodating the raw corn kernels, having a base, a side and a stirring device, said stirring device having a vertical shaft which penetrates an opening in the base of the pot-like vessel (2) and can be coupled to the rotating device on the base of a microwave oven (3), wherein the base of the pot-like vessel (2) has a peripheral contact area, which projects beyond its outer face, for placing on the lower face of the chamber (10) of the microwave oven (3) and a central stem, which projects beyond its inner face, for rotatably mounting the vertical shaft of the stirring device.
