Abstract:
A device for producing a high-stability alloy bar having a helical internal cooling hole, comprising an extrusion die (1), a screw extrusion machine (2), a workbench (3), an electrically controlled oil cylinder (4), a telescopic plate (5), and a cutting tool (6). The extrusion die (1) is disposed at the front end of the screw extrusion machine (2). The workbench (3) is disposed at the front end of the extrusion die (1). The electrically controlled oil cylinder (4) is disposed above the extrusion die (1). The telescopic plate (5) and the cutting tool (6) are disposed on the workbench (3) and are connected to the electrically controlled oil cylinder (4). The bar producing device has desired stability, is capable of automatic cutting, requires low labor intensity, and is high in efficiency.
