Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for punching, thermally bonding, and cutting a film for a packaging container sealing machine, which is applied to a sealing machine for sealing the upper end of a packaging container, such as a beverage cup and food tableware, with a film and is configured to continuously perform a process of thermally bonding the film onto the upper end of the packaging container after forming a micropore in the film, followed by cutting. The present invention provides a device (13) for punching, thermally bonding, and cutting a film for a packaging container sealing machine (1), which is provided in the packaging container sealing machine (1) and comprises a punching module (131) and a thermally bonding/cutting module (132) which are sequentially arranged on a path along which a film (22) drawn out from a film roll (2) moves and are raised and lowered by an electric lifting means (133), wherein: the punching module (131) includes a vertical body part (1311), and a micropin (1312) coupled to the center portion of the lower end of the vertical body part (1311); and the thermally bonding/cutting module (132) includes a heating generation part (1321) for generating heat by electricity supplied thereto, a heating plate (1322) which is provided under the bottom surface of the heating generation part (1321) and has a size corresponding to the outer edge of the upper end of a packaging container (3), and a cutting blade (1323) installed on the periphery of the heating plate (1322), whereby the film (22) having a micropore (221) pre-processed by the punching module (131) is thermally bonded onto the upper end of the packaging container (3) and then cut by the thermally bonding/cutting module (132).
