Abstract:
A device for separating solids from liquids, comprising a first supporting frame (101), a second supporting frame (102) and a third supporting frame (103); the first supporting frame (101) has an active roller (5) disposed at a mid-section thereof, the second supporting frame (102) has a passive roller (601) disposed at a upper end thereof, the third supporting frame (103) has a mutually coupled first toothed roller (602) and second toothed roller (603) disposed thereon, and the first toothed roller (602) and the second toothed roller (603) have mutually engaging transmission gears (604) disposed on shaft ends thereof; the active roller (5) is connected to the first toothed roller (602) via a transmission part (7); the active roller (5) and the passive roller (601) have a tightly wound transmission belt (8) disposed thereon, and a liquid collecting pool (10) is disposed underneath the transmission belt (8), and a solid collecting pool (101) is disposed underneath the passive roller (601); a top end of the first supporting frame (101) is connected to a screw conveyor (2), and an outlet of the screw conveyor (2) is directly above an engaging position of the first toothed roller (602) and the second toothed roller (603); the screw conveyor (2) has a horizontal driving part (3) and a vertical solid-liquid inlet (4) disposed on another end thereof.
