Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device (27) for supporting the assembly of a weighted frame of an elevator, and a method for supporting the assembly of a weighted frame of an elevator, with which a weighted frame (21) is highly precisely assembled in a simple manner in a hoistway (2). The device (27) for supporting the assembly of a weighted frame comprises spacers (28). An upright frame (22) is disposed in a vertically upright manner so that an interval between a side surface and a counter-weighted guide rail (7) facing the side surface is kept constant by the spacers (28). An upper frame (23) is attached to the upright frame (22) that is standing upright. The upright frame (22) to which the upper frame (23) is attached is caused to move vertically upward together with the spacers (28). At this time, the width of the interval between a side surface of the upright frame (22) and the counter-weighted guide rail (7) is kept constant by the spacers (28). A lower frame (24) is attached to the upright frame (22) that was caused to move vertically upward.
