Abstract:
Provided are a device for thermally treating a carbonaceous particle body and a method for assembling the device, in which a thermal treatment of a carbonaceous particle body can be continued at a high temperature uniformly for a long period of time and the productivity and workability are improved while avoiding the occurrence of the variation in filling degree of the carbonaceous particle body, the disturbance in flowability of the carbonaceous particle body and the clogging in a furnace due to the aforementioned phenomena. The device is equipped with a tubular structure 24 in which a thermal treatment of a carbonaceous particle body A falling down in the inside of a furnace 21 is carried out. The tubular structure 24 has a cylindrical shape. The cylindrical tubular structure 24 is formed by bonding 3 to 6 partial cylinder parts to one another on the peripheral direction of the tubular structure 24, wherein the 3 to 6 partial cylinder parts are parts formed by equally dividing the tubular structure 24 into 3 to 6 pieces along the center axis of the tubular structure 24.
