Abstract:
Provided is a device used for preparing a thermal conductive sheet having an oriented arrangement of magnetic graphene fibers, comprising a first mold (1) and a second mold (5), wherein the first mold is used for pressing a first cube (3), and the second mold is used for pressing numerous times the first cube pressed by the first mold; the device is used for improving the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive sheet; and for the thermal conductive sheet made by this device, the second mold is used to repeatedly perform oriented arrangement multiple times, thereby achieving a thermal conductive sheet having a high coefficient of thermal conductivity and greatly improving the thermal conduction efficiency of the thermal conductive sheet.
