Abstract:
A device using microwave plasma to process plastic waste comprises: a pretreatment region (1), a microwave plasma reactor (2) connected to the pretreatment region (1) by a feeding channel (21), and a post-treatment region (3) connected to the microwave plasma reactor by a discharging channel (22). The feeding channel and the discharging channel are connected to the same side of the microwave plasma reactor. Multiple first microwave plasma tubes (23) are connected in the microwave plasma reactor. A first microwave plasma tube is provided at a distance from the feeding channel and the discharging channel. The end of the microwave plasma reactor away from the feeding channel and the discharging channel is connected to a reaction residue treatment chamber (25). The device using microwave plasma to process plastic waste conveniently cleans up incompletely cracked residue in a microwave plasma reactor and improves efficiency of plastic waste processing.
