Abstract:
A device using an unlicensed band to communicate and a communication system. The device comprises: a first transmission unit used to transmit indication information to a user equipment of a secondary serving cell configured with an unlicensed band, the indication information being used to inform the user equipment to perform a channel interception on the secondary serving cell of the corresponding unlicensed band according to an indication of the indication information; and a first receiving unit used to receive a fed back channel interception result after the user device performs the channel interception based on the indication information. The embodiment of the present invention can avoid an interference between systems resulting from a problem of a hidden node present in the prior art.
