Abstract:
A device for the wall support for curtains and other jutting structures, consisting of a box-shaped structure (1) that may be inserted in a wall breaking, provided with insertion means (2, 3, 4) adjusted by a pin (5) perpendicularly extroverted to the wall to which it is to be applied, so that around said pin a pipe (10) may be inserted like a telescope, like the one of any kind of curtains or of any kind of jutting structure, maintaining the same always orthogonally extroverted from the wall, without bendings.

Claims:
CLAIMS
1. A device for the wall support for curtains and other jutting structures, for maintaining them perpendicular to the wall, characterized in: a boxlike structure (1), that may be out of metal or plastic material, and that may be inserted on edge in a suitable breaking performed in the wall, said structure being provided with a cavity (2) for housing a screw seat (3), that may be adjusted on minimum lateral movements; a screw seat (3), that moves angularly in a way regulated by the stop bead determined by a vertical pin (4), fixed inside said cavity (2) of said structure (1) ; an extroverted pin (5), perpendicular to the wall, that may be screwed (6) into the cavity of said seat (3), with the interposition of the fixing nut (7), with gaskets; a covering and protecting element (8) for the fixing point; a pipe (9), forming the possible rod for supporting the curtains or the suspension means of any jutting structure, that my be inserted like a telescope onto said extroverted pin (5), with a regulation determined by the angular movements due to the mobility of said scres seat (3), and that may be blocked, in working position, with a transversal stop screw (10) in the fitting housing (11).

A device according to claim 1, characterized in an element for housing said boxlike structure (1) inside the wall on edge and precisely, due to the presence of the crosslike orthogonal extroversions (12) which, in the installation phase, and due to the insertion of fitting pins (13) in the corresponding holes (14) performed in the front surface of said box (1), determine the adherence plane to the wall to which it is applied.

A device according to claim 1, characterized in a box like structure (1), linked to the end circular shape (15), that may be installed in circular breakings of the wall, comprising a cavity (3) for the insertion of a screw (1 7) hook (16), that may be blocked after screwing by means of a screw (18), inserted into the hole (19).

A device according to claim 1, characterized in a rod (20) linking the two crosslike structures (12), that may be adjusted like a telescope at an intermediate point (21) or in any other way, for determining the horizontal position as well as the exact installation points of the supporting structures for wall units or similar.
5. A device according to claim 1, characterized in the successive screwing, in correspondence with the lateral shapes (22), of all componentsfor the mounting of pendants from the ceiling and similar.
Description:
"A DEVICE FOR A WALL SUPPORT FOR CURTAINS AND OTHER JUTTING STRUCTURES" The present invention concerns a device for the wall support for curtains and other jutting structures, for keeping said structures perpendicularly extroverted without giving in.

It is known that all existing support structures-e. g. for shower curtains or apartment curtains, for shelves, wall units and, in general, of jutting kind-are installed following to the breaking of the wall performed with a drill and by inserting an expanding stop.

Unfortunately, it is also known that, due to the stress of the cut determined by the weight of the structures, in particular of the U-or L-shaped pipes for the shower curtains, the extroverted structures bend under their own weight and the one of the curtains, and consequently the stop partially come out and there is a continuous need of maintenance.

It is the aim of the present invention to solve above mentioned problems in a simple, cheap and fully functional manner. The aim set forth is reached by means of the device according to the present invention, consisting of a box- shaped structure that may be inserted in a wall breaking, provided with insertion means adjusted by a pin perpendicularly extroverted to the wall to which it is to be applied, so that around said pin a pipe may be inserted like a telescope, like the one of any kind of curtains or of any kind of jutting structure, maintaining the same always orthogonally extroverted from the wall, without bendings.

The present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed figures, in which some embodiments are shown.

Figure 1 shows an axonometric, transparency view of a device for the wall support for curtains and other jutting structures, according to the present invention.

Figures 2 and 3 shows an element for the precision application of the device according to the present invention.

Figure 4 shows a shower curtain mounted by means of the device according to the present invention.

Figure 5 shows an exploded axonometric view of a variant for the support of hooks and similar.

Figure 6 shows a scheme of a variant of an element for the precise mounting of wall units and similar, according to the present invention.

Figure 7 shows a section view of a variant for mounting objects suspended from the ceiling or, in general, from horizontal planes.

The enclosed figures show a device for the wall support for curtains and other jutting structures, comprising: -a box-like structure 1, that may be out of metal or plastic material, and that may be inserted on edge in a suitable breaking performed in the wall, said structure being provided with a cavity 2 for housing a screw seat 3, that may be adjusted on minimum lateral movements; -a screw seat 3, that moves angularly in a way regulated by the stop bead determined by a vertical pin 4, fixed inside said cavity 2 of said structure 1; -an extroverted pin 5, perpendicular to the wall, that may be screwed 6 into the cavity of said seat 3, with the interposition of the fixing nut 7, with gaskets; -a covering and protecting element 8 for the fixing point; -a pipe 9, forming the possible rod for supporting the curtains or the suspension means of any jutting structure, that my be inserted like a telescope onto said extroverted pin 5, with a regulation determined by the angular movements due to the mobility of said scres seat 3, and that may be blocked, in working position, with a transversal stop screw 10 in the fitting housing 11.

For what concerns the element shown in figures 2 and 3, it allows to house said box-like structure 1 inside the wall on edge and precisely, due to the presence of the cross-like orthogonal extroversions 12 which, in the installation phase, and due to the insertion of fitting pins 13 in the corresponding holes 14 performed in the front surface of said box 1, determine the adherence plane to the wall to which it is applied.

Relating now to the variant shown in figure 5, the box- like structure 1 is linked to the end circular shape 15, that facilitates the installation of circular breakings in the wall, possibly performed with a drill, and has a cavity 3 for the insertion of a screw 17 hook 16, that may be blocked after screwing by means of a screw 18, inserted into the fitting hole 19 so as to prevent any rotation which makes unstable the holding of the conventional stops. By means of said described system also pins with a ring end may be fixed, besides the hooks, which may be directed into different angular positions.

For what concerns the element shown in figure 6, by means of the rod 20 linking the two cross-like structures 12, and that may be adjusted like a telescope at an intermediate point 21 or in any other way, the horizontal position as well as the exact installation points of the supporting structures for wall units or similar are determined.

Finally, the variant shown in figure 7 is suitable for the mounting of pendants from the ceiling and similar, and provides the successive screwing, in correspondence with the lateral shapes 22, of all components.
