Abstract:
A diamond cutter tooth. A cutter tooth (1) is made of a single layer or multiple layers of solid matrixes; each solid matrix comprises a substrate made of a rigid material and diamond particles adhered to the rigid substrate; several through holes (2) are distributed on the cutter tooth (1). The rigid material for the substrate of the cutter tooth comprises, but is not limited to, carbon steel, alloy steel, nonferrous metal, or a high polymer material. Also disclosed are a diamond saw blade and a method for manufacturing a diamond cutter tooth. The diamond cutter tooth and the diamond saw blade made of same have a good cutting effect and long service life.
