Abstract:
A diamond special-shaped grinding wheel, comprising an upper base body (201), a lower base body (202), and a grinding ring (203). The upper base body is disposed at the upper end of the lower base body, and the upper base body and the lower base body are fixedly connected to form a grinding wheel body. The grinding ring is fixed to an outer ring of the grinding wheel body; the grinding wheel body is internally provided with one or two annular grooves (204) communicated with the upper end face of the grinding wheel body. A plurality of mixed flow channels (4) sucking in cooling water, powder and air are formed in the grinding ring. One end of each mixed flow channel extends to an annular grinding opening of the grinding ring, the other end is communicated with one annular groove, and the annular grooves are communicated with an external negative pressure air source device. Also disclosed is a vertical machining cooling system. The special-shaped grinding wheel and the cooling system can make cooling water form a coating water film on the working face of the diamond special-shaped grinding wheel, so that the cooling effect is improved, and the usage quantity of the cooling water is reduced. Frictional heat is reduced, the protrusion height of diamond is also ensured, the grinding ability of the grinding wheel can be improved, and the grinding wheel adapts to efficient machining.
