Abstract:
Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and the sound generating device. The diaphragm comprises at least one elastomer layer made of an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber; and the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber is polymerized by three monomers comprising an ethylene monomer, a propylene monomer and a non-conjugated diene monomer, wherein the mass ratio of the ethylene monomer to the propylene monomer ranges from 0.25-4, and the content of the non-conjugated diene monomer is 1-15% of the total content of the ethylene monomer and the propylene monomer. The ethylene-propylene-diene rubber has a good high temperature resistance and a good thermo-oxidative aging resistance, and after being made therefrom, the diaphragm can work in a high temperature environment for a long time, and can not only maintain an excellent elasticity, but also has an excellent anti-fatigue property, and therefore also has an excellent reliability.
