Abstract:
Provided is a DIC-technology-based automatic testing system for the actual stress of a bridge. The system comprises: a camera, a fluorescent powder ejecting apparatus, a computer and a slide rail, wherein a slide rail is arranged at two sides of an upper wing of a box-type concrete beam; the fluorescent powder ejecting apparatus is used for ejecting fluorescent powder onto a web of the box-type concrete beam to form speckles of different brightnesses; the camera is connected to the slide rail in a sliding manner by means of a support, and is used for photographing the speckles and transmitting a photographed image to the computer; and the computer is used for analyzing and processing an image photographed by the camera, and generating a stress time-history map. Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of the present disclosure lies in that the DIC-technology-based automatic testing system for the actual stress of a bridge provided by the present disclosure carries out stress testing on a bridge web by means of DIC technology, and compared with traditional testing methods, the testing process is safe and the measurement result is accurate, and the required labor investment is less.
