Abstract:
The die device 10 has a stripper holder 19 that is supported by multiple guide posts 15, which connect between an upper die 12 attached to a press slide plate 11 and a lower die 14 attached to a press bolster 13, and moves up and down in conjunction with the upper die 12, thereby guiding a punch 16 of the upper die 12 into a die hole 18 of a die 17 disposed on the lower die 14 . The guide post 15 has an upper guide post 29 that is fitted in an upper guide bush 27 of the upper die 12 via an upper ball retainer 28, thereby connecting the stripper holder 19 with the upper die 12. The upper guide post 29 is formed in a stepped shape wherein a post lower part 32 located on the stripper holder 19 side has a smaller diameter than a post upper part 31 located on the upper die 12 side.
