Abstract:
A die forging forming die for a large L-shaped hollow thin-walled pipe, comprising a bottom die, upset bars and a punch rod (3). The upset bars comprise a planar upset bar (1) and an inclined plane upset bar (2); a die forging working surface of the planar upset bar is a horizontally arranged plane; a die forging working surface of the inclined plane upset bar is an inclined plane, and in a vertical direction, the die forging working surface of the inclined plane upset bar is arranged downwards in an inclined mode from a side corresponding to an inner side of an impression of the bottom die to a side corresponding to an outer side of the impression of the bottom die. A die forging forming method for a large L-shaped hollow thin-walled pipe comprises the following steps: manufacturing a blank (6); prefabricating a vertical section and a horizontal section of a forge piece; trimming a top end face of the vertical section; forming the vertical section and the horizontal section of the forge piece; and correcting an outer end face of the horizontal section. The die forging forming die and the method implement accurate forming of an L-shaped hollow thin-walled pipe forge piece, realize near-net forming, improve a material utilization rate, increase a deformation degree of all parts, and improve the quality of the forge piece.
