Abstract:
Disclosed are a differential signal amplification circuit, and a digital isolator and a receiver employing the differential signal amplification circuit. The differential signal amplification circuit comprises differential amplifiers in multiple stages and a common-mode transient adaptive bias circuit. The common-mode transient adaptive bias circuit is configured to: detect a positive or negative common-mode transient interference signal of a positive input terminal and a negative input terminal; and upon detecting the signal, provide a bias current to a differential amplifier at least one stage above the second stage. The technical solution of the present invention can suppress abnormal signal transmission caused by common-mode interference signals.
