Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a digestive tract cast-off cell enrichment device, comprising a conveying pipe, a push rod, a connection line, and a filtering material, wherein an empty channel is formed inside the conveying pipe, and holes are formed on the two ends of the conveying pipe; the filtering material is located in the empty channel of the conveying pipe and provided at the top end of the push rod, comprises a plurality of through holes, and is in full contact with the inner wall of a digestive tract and then enriches cast-off cells in mucus in a digestive tract cavity; the push rod is provided in the empty channel of the conveying pipe and used for pushing the filtering material to the outer part of the conveying pipe; and one end of the connection line is connected to the filtering material, and the other end is provided outside the conveying pipe and used for taking back the filtering material. The cell enrichment device is simple in structure, can be manufactured to be very small, avoids causing the sensation of pain to a person, and is non-invasive to the surface of the digestive tract. A whole cell enrichment process is simple, fast, safe, and efficient, and is suitable for large-scale early screening of digestive tract tumors.
