Abstract:
In order to improve convenience and precision of manufacturing a device for dentition correction, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a digital bracket for tooth-correction by using a digital library, the method comprising: a first step in which an acquired oral scan image corresponding to a profile of the inside of an oral cavity of a person to be operated on is loaded, and a virtual correction template corresponding to each virtually adjusted tooth image according to a predetermined continuous dentition structure from a digital library is sampled; a second step in which a virtual bracket of each of the sampled virtual correction templates and a virtual wire are aligned and arranged into a structure corresponding to the continuous dentition structure of the virtually adjusted tooth images; and a third step in which each digital bracket integrally including a jig part formed on an upper portion of each of the virtual brackets to fit and surround an upper portion of each of the tooth images and a grip protrusion part protruding from an upper end of the jig part is individually designed, and each of the digital brackets is three-dimensionally printed on the basis of designed data.
