Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to propose a system capable of demonstrating a significant energy saving effect in the operation of a refrigeration cycle device such as an air conditioning device, a freezing device, a refrigeration device, a freezer, a refrigerator, or an automatic vending machine, in particular a refrigeration cycle device including, as a constituent element, an outdoor unit provided with a compressor. The digital cooling control system consists of a digital cooling device and a digital cooling control device. The digital cooling device is provided with a blower fan, a sprayed water cooling mat, an airflow direction adjusting panel, and a digital anemometer. The sprayed water cooling mat, the airflow direction adjusting panel, and the digital anemometer are disposed between the blower fan and an air intake unit in the order of the sprayed water cooling mat, the airflow direction adjusting panel, and the digital anemometer, or in the order of the airflow direction adjusting panel, the sprayed water cooling mat, and the digital anemometer, from the position of the blower fan toward the position of the air intake unit. The digital cooling control device is provided with: a refrigeration cycle device operating coefficient calculating means for calculating an operating coefficient of the refrigeration cycle device; a feed water control means for performing feed water control to start water feed or stop water feed to the sprayed water cooling mat when the calculated operating coefficient has a prescribed operating coefficient value or when the outside air temperature from a digital outside air temperature sensor provided outside an outdoor unit has a prescribed outside air temperature value; and a blow control means for performing blow control to operate the blower fan to generate an airflow directed toward the air intake unit, or to stop the operation of the blower fan to stop the airflow directed toward the air intake unit.
