Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dihydroquinazoline or tetrahydroquinazoline compound as shown in formula (I), and racemates, enantiomers, diastereomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof, and further discloses intermediate compounds for synthesizing the compounds, preparation methods therefor, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds and use thereof. The compounds are inhibitors of KRAS G12C, and can be used for treating diseases caused by the abnormal activity of KRAS, such as tumors. (I)
