Abstract:
A dining method, a computer readable storage medium and a dining management system in a restaurant, wherein, the dining method comprises: acquiring status information of multiple seats (S100); determining at least one seat to be cleaned according to the status information (S102); sending a cleaning signal of the seat to be cleaned (S104); detecting whether the cleaning of the seat to be cleaned corresponding to the cleaning signal is completed (S106); if so, acquiring queuing information (S108); and sending number allocation information according to waiting information and the queuing information of the cleaned seats (S110). After the cleaning of any seat is completed, the waiting information and the queuing information of the cleaned seats are automatically matched, and the numbers are automatically allocated, without needing a service staff to notify a reception offline any more, thereby greatly shortening the time from the completion of the seat cleaning to the reception receiving the cleaning completion information, greatly shortening the queuing and waiting time of customers, and reducing workload and communication cost.
