Abstract:
The present application provides a direct current contactor and an automobile. The direct current contactor comprises: a housing, and a first static contact and a second static contact that are fixed on the housing; a first moving contact and a second moving contact that are located in the housing; a driving mechanism comprising an insulating rod connecting the first moving contact and the second moving contact; a driving assembly driving the insulating rod to drive the first moving contact and the second moving contact to move synchronously toward the first static contact and the second static contact; and a pressing assembly used for pushing the moving contacts to press the static contacts. It can be seen from the above description that in the present application, only two pairs of contacts are used to implement the on-off of a bipolar line, the total contact resistance is reduced by half compared with the prior art, and the problem of large through-current loss in the prior art is solved. In addition, the power consumption of coil drive is reduced by half; and only a single driving mechanism is required to drive the two contacts, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of implementing the synchronization of the closing and opening of bipolar contacts.
