Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of logistics, and provide a disassembling and sorting system, the disassembling and sorting system comprising at least one main conveying unit and multiple sorting modules, wherein the at least one main conveying unit and the multiple sorting modules are arranged intersecting in the form of a matrix, and the at least one main conveying unit is located above or below the multiple sorting modules; multiple picking stations are provided on the side of each main conveying unit, and each sorting module is adjacent to several picking stations; the main conveying unit is used to convey a first carrying container carrying goods to be disassembled and picked; the picking stations are used to pick a required quantity of goods from within the first carrying container conveyed on a corresponding main conveying unit according to order requirements; and the sorting modules are used to sort the goods picked by an adjacent picking station. The present application uses a matrix-type cross-coordination general sorting and distribution method. The overall structure is simple and has a small floor occupation, thereby implementing the aggregation of the sorting capabilities of multiple sorting modules and improving the overall sorting efficiency.
