Abstract:
Provided is a disaster information notification device that, when a disaster has occurred, automatically notifies persons related to a user of minimum information about the safety of the user. In a disaster information notification device (1) according to the present invention, a disaster occurrence information acquisition means (11) acquires disaster occurrence information through a communication means (17), a terminal information registration means (12) registers, in a storage device, an information item about a user terminal and an information item about each of terminals of persons concerned in a mutually associated manner, a positional information acquisition means (13) acquires positional information about the user terminal through the communication means (17) in a case where the disaster occurrence information has been acquired, a disaster area information acquisition means (14) extracts and acquires disaster area information from the disaster occurrence information, a disaster inside/outside area information generation means (15) generates disaster inside/outside area information indicating whether the positional information points to a position inside the area or a position outside the area, and a disaster information notification means (16) notifies, through the communication means (17), the terminals of persons concerned of disaster information including the disaster inside/outside area information.
