Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a disk brake that improves the positional accuracy of an internal gear of a planetary gear reduction mechanism while suppressing costs. [Solution] This disk brake is provided with: protrusion sections 105, 105 each engaged so as to restrict relative rotation between an internal gear 69 and a first housing part 19 of a housing 18 and each provided on an internal gear 69 side; and engagement recess sections 44, 44 provided on a first housing part 19 side, wherein the protrusion sections 105, 105 on the internal gear 69 side and the engagement recess sections 44, 44 on the first housing part 19 side are provided along a direction perpendicular to a straight line that connects the radial center of a second reduction gear 67 and the radial center of a first reduction gear 54. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the positional accuracy of the internal gear 69 of a planetary gear reduction mechanism 27 while suppressing costs.
