Abstract:
Disclosed is a discharging and cooling device of an activation furnace. The device comprises a cooling tank, wherein one side of the cooling tank is in communication with a first discharging pipe, and the other side thereof is in communication with an air-cooling device; and the first discharging pipe is in communication with a vertical discharging pipe, the vertical discharging pipe is in communication with a second discharging pipe, and outer surface walls of the first discharging pipe and the second discharging pipe are both covered with a first heat-resistant water film. One side of the cooling tank is welded to a room-temperature water tank, one side of the room-temperature water tank is welded to a low-temperature water tank, and a first pressure pump and a second pressure pump are respectively provided inside the room-temperature water tank and the low-temperature water tank. A water outlet of the first pressure pump is in communication with a first water intake pipe, the top of the first water intake pipe is in communication with one side of a first water delivery pipe, and the other side of the first water delivery pipe is in communication with a first water spraying pipe. One side of the room-temperature water tank is in communication with a first water-receiving pipe, a water outlet of the second pressure pump is in communication with a second water intake pipe, the top of the second water intake pipe is in communication with one side of a second water delivery pipe, and the other side of the second water delivery pipe is in communication with a second water spraying pipe; and one side of the low-temperature water tank is in communication with a second water-receiving pipe.
