The present invention relates to the use of disinfected wooden spoons, disinfected wooden cutlery, disinfected wooden plates, disinfected toothpicks, disinfected wooden plates, disinfected wooden trays, disinfected wooden trays for the first time in the world, disinfected tissue paper, disinfected paper napkins, which aims to produce, innovative, providing the highest level of hygiene conditions to the end user, after production until the end consumer (customer) on the inside of the product and all the germs, harmful bacteria, fungi, harmful biological organisms that prevent the formation of therefore, the disposable products used in the beverage, food and health sector prevented the transmission of harmful microbes, bacteria and harmful organisms to humans. KNOWN TYPE OF TECHNIQUE

Scientific studies are carried out almost every month or at very frequent intervals on packaging hygiene in the world and these results are shared with the public. These studies can be conducted on a country-by-country basis as well as through international organizations or universities. In light of all this, these results have a negative impact on people and consumers and are often demoralizing.

Although the spoons and forks made of metal used as disposables in the beverage and food industry are washed prior to use, it cannot be said that they comply with the hygiene rules in terms of human health. After washing the spoons and forks made of metal, they are put into paper bags to protect them from dust and thus served to the customer.

Wooden tea and coffee mixers are also often criticized by customers who use them and can be the subject of various customer complaints. The first of these complaints is the smell of wood bars as a result of changing the taste of the drink

The same applies to disposable sublingual sticks used in the health sector. These products also smell from time to time. Especially in the beverage sector, wooden bars that come into direct contact with food and the sublingual wooden bars used in the health sector cannot be considered germ-free. Because these products are not subjected to any disinfecting process after production. This means that they contain germs, bacteria and fungi on them.

Similarly, toothpicks are sold without any disinfecting process. The state of toothpicks in human health is different than others. Because toothpicks are often used to remove food residues trapped between the tooth. This often results in unintentional bleeding of the toothpick, and the germs on the toothpick are transmitted directly to the human. This situation reveals the health status of today's toothpicks.

The main raw material of wipes and napkins used today is cellulose and paper and is not subjected to any disinfecting process before use. As we read from time to time in newspapers and magazines, it is especially said that handkerchiefs should not be applied to the face.

The general deficiency of the products which are tried to be explained by various examples above is that they are sold after production without being disinfected and used by people. This situation has negative effects on human health.

ADVANTAGES OF THE SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION;

The system according to the invention is new and applicable to the industry. Disinfected wooden spoons, disinfected wooden cutlery, disinfected wooden stick, disinfected toothpicks, disinfected wooden plates, disinfected wooden tray, disinfected tissue paper, disinfected paper napkin, disinfected paper napkin, disinfected paper napkin, which is the subject of the invention will be presented to the end consumer as a product that is free from germs, fungi and bacteria hygiene products will be used.

This will reduce the number of microbes and bacteria that people have received indirectly and will not contribute to unnecessary illness, and therefore will not lead to unnecessary labor loss, and moreover, because of the fact that there will be no illness or microbe entry into the body, it will also contribute to the health care facilities to decrease costs. Hygiene is currently the most important health problem for the consumer in the world, and disinfection of disposable products in the beverage and food sector will result in a significant reduction in the number of microbes transmitted to humans from the use of more than millions of products worldwide. This means that the human life will be prolonged and will have a healthier body structure during his / her lifetime.

On the other hand, the most important advantages of gamma ray (y) method and disinfecting method are;

OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF THE SYSTEM OF THE SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION;

The operating principle of the system according to the invention is quite simple and comprehensible to everyone. Disposable products used in beverage, food and health sector are put into the uninfected nylon bag (12), the mouth portion of the bag is closed and put into the irradiation box (Tot) (1) made of aluminum and exposed to gamma ray. The gamma ray acts on all sides of the product. These effect surfaces are the gamma ray (y) contact surface (front) (2) and the gamma ray contact surface (back) (3). When applying the system according to the invention to the industry, it has very advantageous and easy installation features. The selection of the disinfection method is based on the dosage and methods determined by the Ministry of Health. For this reason, its production and application is simple and it does not increase costs much and its application to industry will be quite simple and fast.
