A disk for seeding and culturing cells according to the present disclosure is a disk having an inlet port and an outlet port and comprises: a cell supply region connected to the inlet port; a cell distribution region including a cell transfer channel extending in a radial direction of the disk; a cell capture part having a capture groove adjacent to the end portion of the cell transfer channel; and a cell culture part having a space connected to the capture groove.
