Abstract:
A dispensing system for a dual-component glue, comprising a glue supply mechanism (1) and a glue mixing valve (2). The glue supply mechanism (1) and the glue mixing valve (2) are communicated with each other by means of a glue A guide pipe (3) and a glue B guide pipe (4) that are arranged in parallel; a glue A valve (61) is mounted on the glue A guide pipe (3); a glue B valve (62) is mounted on the glue B guide pipe (4); the glue A valve (61) and the glue B valve (62) each comprise a body (11), and a driving cavity (12) and a glue supply cavity (13) provided with a glue inlet channel (131), a glue outlet channel (132), and a glue discharge channel (133) which are respectively located inside the body (11) at two ends thereof; the respective glue outlet channels (132) of the glue A valve (61) and the glue B valve (62) are communicated with the glue supply mechanism (1) by means of the glue A guide pipe (3) and the glue B guide pipe (4). The dispensing system for a dual-component glue facilitates discharge of the waste glue having bubbles in a dispensing process, and ensures the quality of dispensing and the quality of product processing.
