Abstract:
A display device (3) comprises: an image data reception unit (3e) that receives image data from a display control device; a display unit (3f) that displays an image corresponding to the image data received by the image data reception unit; an activation signal transmission unit (3c, 3e) that transmits an activation signal to the display control device; an initiation condition determination unit (10a) that determines whether an activation initiation condition has been satisfied; and an activation unit (10b) that, when it is determined by the initiation condition determination unit that the activation initiation condition has been satisfied, causes the activation signal to be transmitted from the activation signal transmission unit to the display control device and activates the display control device.
