Abstract:
A display device (1) and a driving method therefor. By providing a preset data signal to a driving unit (30), the problem of serious threshold voltage drift caused by frequent use or exposure to excessive illumination of the display device (1) can be ameliorated and avoided. The driving method comprises: acquiring the illumination intensity of external light; determining whether the illumination intensity is greater than a preset value; and when the illumination intensity is greater than the preset value, calculating a drift amount of a threshold voltage of a first transistor (ST1) of a driving unit (30), and correcting the threshold voltage of the first transistor (ST1) of the driving unit (30) according to the drift amount.
