Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application is a novel display device, comprising: a display panel; driving modules electrically connected to the display panel and comprising a source driving module and a gate driving module; a horizontal circuit board (XB) electrically connected to the source driving module and the gate driving module; a system board electrically connected to the horizontal circuit board and having a system on chip (SOC) thereon; and functional modules comprising a gamma module, a power supply module, timing control chips (ST IC), and a level conversion module. The ST IC is located on the XB, and is configured to convert a P2P or VBO high-speed signal output from the SOC into a mini-LVDS signal. By implementing swapping by a single cable, increasing the number of the ST IC, decreasing the number of control boards, using a mini-LVDS interface, etc., the cost is effectively reduced; the ST IC not only can generate a timing signal required by the display panel and effectively shorten the SOC debugging period, but also comprises a new technical IP unit to facilitate technical optimization.
