A display panel (11) includes at least one monitor cell (34) connected to a gate signal line (31). The monitor cell (34) is provided with a switch element (41) that is turned on/off in accordance with a gate control signal. A control circuit (14) receives a monitor signal indicating the on/off of the switch element (41) of the monitor cell (34) from the monitor cell (34). On the basis of a time length from a first timing at which a gate control signal being transmitted via the gate signal line (31) connected to the monitor cell (34) is changed from on to off in a first driving circuit to a second timing at which the switch element of the monitor cell is changed from on to off, the control circuit (14) sets the delay amount of each of a plurality of source control signals by using the first timing as a reference.
