A display panel, comprising an array substrate (100) and an opposite substrate (200) that are arranged opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer (300) provided between the array substrate and the opposite substrate. A color film layer (30) and a compensation layer (40) are provided on the array substrate (100) or the opposite substrate (200); the color film layer (30) comprises n color film units (31, 32, 33) that are periodically arranged; the compensation layer (40) comprises n compensation units (41, 42, 43) that are periodically arranged; the position of an ith compensation unit (41, 42, 43) corresponds to that of an ith color film unit (31, 32, 33); and the ith compensation unit (41, 42, 43) is configured to enable the sum of the phase delay of the light of an ith color passing through the ith compensation unit (41, 42, 43) and the phase delay of the light of the ith color passing through the liquid crystal layer (300) is an integer multiple of the wavelength of the light of the ith color. Further disclosed are a display apparatus comprising the display panel, and a manufacturing method for the display panel.
