Abstract:

A display substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a base substrate (1000), a plurality of sub-pixels (110), a plurality of data lines (1101), a plurality of leads (1220), at least one contact pad (1210) and a first insulating layer (1230). The base substrate (1000) comprises a display area (1100) and a bonding area (1200) which is located on at least one side of the display area (1100); the plurality of data lines (1101) are configured to provide data signals for the plurality of sub-pixels (110); the plurality of data leads (1220) are located in the bonding area (1200) and are electrically connected to the plurality of data lines (1101); at least one set of contact pads comprises a plurality of contact pads (1210), at least one among the plurality of contact pads (1210) comprising a first contact pad metal layer (1215) and a second contact pad metal layer (1217), the second contact pad metal layer (1217) covering an edge of the first contact pad metal layer (1215); the first insulating layer (1230) is located in the bonding area (1200); and the first insulating layer (1230) is located in gaps among the plurality of contact pads (1210) and covers edges of the plurality of contact pads (1210), and is configured to expose surfaces of the plurality of contact pads (1210) facing away from the base substrate.
