Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a disposable air filter adapted to be removably configured at inlet of an air conditioner of a vehicle. The disposable air filter includes a perforated sheet having antiviral and anti-bacterial properties. The perforated sheet is made of a fire- resistant material; and one or more filers configured at a first side of the perforated sheet, and the one or more filters comprises electrostatic and nanotech filter.

Claims:
I Claim:

1. A disposableair filter adapted to be removably configured at inletof an air conditionerof a vehicle, the disposable air filtercomprising: a perforated sheet having antiviral and anti-bacterial properties, wherein the perforated sheet is made of a fire- resistant material; and one or more filers configured at a first side of the perforated sheet, wherein the one or more filters comprises electrostatic and nanotech filter.

2. Thedisposable air filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the perforated sheet comprises any or combination of silver ions and vesicles for inhibiting bacteria on perforated sheet surface, and vesicles.

3. The disposable air filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disposable air filter is configured on the inlet of the air conditioner through an adhesive.

4. The disposable air filter as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adhesive comprises any or combination of a tape, and glue.

5. The disposable air filter as claimed in claim 2, wherein the disposable air filter is configured to work for a pre-determine time, and the disposable air filter is configured to be replaced with a new one after the pre-determined times period.

6. The disposable air filter as claimed in claim 2, wherein the one or more filters are made of materials chosen from any or combination of blended synthetic fibre, spunbond polypropylene, and flat bonded polyester.

7. The disposable air filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the perforated sheet comprises any of a fabric, plastic, and fibre.

DISPOSABLE AIR FILTER FOR VEHICLES

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field ofair filtering and sanitization. More particularly the present disclosure relates toa disposableair filter for vehicles.

BACKGROUND

[0003] As is understood that quality of air is decreasing day by day and the market for disposable air filter is growing at a rapid pace. A further concern is that of airborne bacteria, virus etc. that can cause major infections or diseases. Further, there is also the concern for general freshness within an environment such as a car or other closed spaces with ventilation. A further concern is that of cleaning the air filter and this could be addressed by making the air filter disposable to ensure that the disposable air filter is disease-free.

[0004] Air contamination by pollen, mould, smoke, dust, pet dander, micro-organisms or any other of a number of known irritants, is a common and long-standing problem.

Contact with these contaminants is almost inevitable and often makes breathing uncomfortable for individuals. Moreover, such contaminants may present long-term health risks, particularly for those individuals suffering from allergies, asthma, emphysema and other respiratory-related illnesses. [0005] A wide variety of air purifiers are presently available on the market for removing contaminants from ambient air. These systems typically include a fan for circulating air and a mechanical filter disposed in an air path to filter or otherwise purify air flowing there through. Further, air filtering is cumbersome and/or complicated [0006] There is, therefore, a need in the art for an economical version of air filtration system. Further, what is needed is an air filter that is economic, disposable, easy to use, and is capable of doing both air filtering and sanitization. OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE

[0007] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfies are as listed herein below.

[0008] It is an object of the present disclosure toprovidea disposableair filter adapted to be configured within a vehicle.

[0010] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a cost-effective disposable air filter for vehicles.

[0011] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a disposable air filter that effectively filters the air of pollen, smoke, dust, molds etc.

[0012] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a disposable air filter that requires no maintenance cost.

[0013] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a disposable air filter that effectively kills or remove harmful bacteria and pathogens present in air circulating inside the vehicle.

SUMMARY

[0014] The present disclosure relates to the field of air filtering and sanitization. More particularly the present disclosure relates to a disposable air filter for vehicles.

[0015] An aspect of the present disclosure pertains toa disposableair filter adapted to be removably configured at inlet of an air conditioner of a vehicle. The disposable air filter includesa perforated sheet having antiviral and anti -bacterial properties. The perforated sheet is made of a fire- resistant material; andone or more filers configured at a first side of the perforated sheet, and the one or more filters comprises electrostatic and nanotech filter.

The perforated sheetl02 can be made of but without limiting to a fire-resistant material. One or more filers 104can be configured at a first side of the perforated sheet, and the one or more filters 104 can include but without limiting to electrostatic and nanotech filter. The perforated sheet 102can include silver ions for inhibiting bacteria on perforated sheet surface, and vesicles. The vesicles can deplete viral membranes such that facilitating more effective and efficient working of silver ions. The disposable air filter 100 can be configured on an inlet of the air conditioner, of a vehicle, through an adhesive. The adhesive 106can comprise any or combination of a tape, and glue.

[0042] In an embodiment, the disposable air filter 100 can be configured to work for a pre-determine time, and the disposable air filter can be configured to be replaced with a new one after the pre-determined times period. The disposable air filter can be used for a pre-defmed number of hours as long as the antibacterial and antiviral properties of the perforated sheet are effective and is disposable. The effective use of the air filter can be between300-500 hours. After that the disposable air filter that is already in use can be removed and disposed, and a new disposable air filter can be disposed at old one’s place. The one or more filters can be made of materials chosen from any or combination of blended synthetic fibre, spunbond polypropylene, and flat bonded polyester.

[0043] The present disclosure provides a disposable air filter that can be easily used inside the vehicle for filtration, sanitization, and purification of air circulating inside the vehicle cabinet. A perfume can also be added to the perforated sheet for adding fragrance to the air inside the vehicle. The proposed disposable air filter not only makes the air circulating inside the cabinet clean but also improves the ambiance of the vehicle which can improve the travelling quality inside the vehicle. The proposed disposable air filter is cost-effective and easy to use. [0044] In an embodiment, the air quality of the cabinet of the vehicle can be measured using an air quality index (AQI) meter. The AQI meter can be operatively configured with one or more mobile computing device through a network cloud. The data recorded by the AQI meter can be shared with the one or more mobile computing device configured with one or more users. The one or more users can see check the air quality inside the vehicle through the one or more mobile computing devices.
