Abstract:
Invention patent: The present invention comprises a tube and a small tube that are disposable, recyclable, and made of aluminium, starting from a coil shape rotating in a spiral, at high speed, continuously, by means of cutting only. The present product, which is made of aluminium, is cut to the desired lengths, with an independent packaging system. The thickness of the aluminium alloy varies between 6.35 µm and 250 µm, and the tubes and small tubes can preferably be 90 µm thick. Spiral rotation allows a special adhesive thread or mechanical closure to be produced on one of the edges of the thread that is to be spirally produced, probably the upper edge. An adhesive strip is used with a preferable width (or mechanical closure) of 0.9 mm, which can vary between 0.2 mm and 2.0 mm approximately. The production and manufacturing equipment comprises a platform containing the component instruments thereof, the platform being provided with a low-rotation electric motor to drive the winding system of the aluminium coil, with the option of using a manual adhesive applicator or mechanical closure and cutting with rotary blades or a laser.
