A diversion assembly (20) and a cooking apparatus (1) having said diversion assembly (20). An embodiment comprises a support plate (21) and a first diversion groove (212), the first diversion groove (212) is arranged on the support plate (21) or is a part of a structure of the support plate (21), and the first diversion groove (212) comprises a bottom plate portion and side plate portions arranged at two sides of the bottom plate portion; the bottom plate portion is an integrated structure, and the bottom plate portion comprises a lateral diversion portion (2121) and a longitudinal diversion portion (2122); the lateral diversion portion (2121) is arranged at an incline towards a lower plate surface of the support plate (21) along the length direction of the support plate (21); the longitudinal diversion portion (2122) is arranged at an incline toward the lower plate surface of the support plate (21) along the width direction of the support plate (21), and a highest point of the longitudinal diversion portion (2122) is lower than or at an equal height to a lowest point of the lateral diversion portion (2121). The diversion assembly (20) can effectively achieve a flow guide effect, condensed water does not leak at a surface of the bottom plate portion, and thereby normal removal of condensed water is ensured.
