Abstract:

A DNA microarray which enables accurate quantification. Namely, a DNA microarray having a plural number of reference parts each containing a first oligonucleic acid and a second oligonucleic acid at a definite ratio, wherein the definite ratio as described above varies from reference part to reference part. At least one of the first oligonucleic acid and the second oligonucleic acid may be labeled with a labeling. Alternatively, both of them may be labeled with different labelings or none of is labeled. Thus, a target nucleic acid to be detected contained in a sample can be accurately quantified based on signals obtained from the reference parts.
