Abstract:
This door handle, in which an electrostatic sensor to detect an operating body is disposed, is characterized in that: the door handle has a substrate formed from an insulating body, a first sensor electrode provided on the surface of the substrate, a plurality of second sensor electrodes provided on the surface of the substrate, and a control unit; the number of the second sensor electrodes is greater than the number of the first sensor electrode; and the control unit applies a voltage to the plurality of second sensor electrodes and detects the coordinate position of the operating body when the electrostatic capacitance between the operating body and the first sensor electrode is equal to or greater than a designated value.
