Abstract:
This door opening and closing device 1 for vehicles is provided with: a motor drive mechanism 30; a first housing 10 for containing the motor drive mechanism 30; a spindle drive mechanism 40 connected to the motor drive mechanism 30; and a second housing 20 disposed coaxially with the first housing 10 and moved relative to the first housing 10 by the spindle drive mechanism. The spindle drive mechanism 40 is provided with: a spindle 50 connected to the motor drive mechanism 30; a spindle nut 60 engaged with the spindle 50; a push rod 70 affixed so as not to rotate relative to the spindle nut 60 and having a protrusion 71 provided on the outer periphery thereof; and a guide pipe 80 having formed therein a guide groove 81 for axially guiding the protrusion 71 of the push rod 70.
