Abstract:

Provided is a doping system which dopes alkali metal to an active material in a belt-shaped electrode having an active material-containing layer. The doping system comprises a dope tank, a transfer unit, a counter electrode unit, a connection unit, and a collection unit. The dope tank accommodates a solution that contains alkali metal ions. The transfer unit transfers an electrode along a path passing through the dope tank. The counter electrode unit is accommodated in the dope tank. The connection unit electrically connects the counter electrode unit and transfer rollers included in the transfer unit. The collection unit collects, in the dope tank, the solution adhering to the electrode which has passed the dope tank.
