Abstract:
A double-cylinder hydraulic ejection control system, comprising a main circuit unit and a main control unit. The main circuit unit comprises an upper-cylinder motor (M2) and a lower-cylinder motor (M1) that make contact with and are connected onto a power source by means of alternating current contactors. The main control unit comprises: a control unit used for controlling the operation process of a press; a detection unit used for detecting the stroke status of a slider of the press and sending same to the control unit; an action unit used for receiving a control signal from the control unit, controlling operations of the upper-cylinder motor and the lower-cylinder motor by means of the alternating current contactors, and controlling oil pressure in an oil tank of the upper cylinder and an oil tank of the lower cylinder by means of a solenoid valve. And a double-cylinder hydraulic ejection control method. The control system above may adapt to the forming of workpieces of various specifications. According to the material thickness of a stamped workpiece, the oil pressure of the upper and lower cylinders may be accurately adjusted, which may be used in the control of a double-cylinder press.
