Abstract:
A double-layer co-extruded insulative LED ultraviolet crosslinked colored low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material, consisting of an inner insulation material and an outer insulation material; the inner insulation material consists of a maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer, polyethylene, an ethylene-octene copolymer, a flame retardant, a flame retardant synergist, an antioxidant, a metal passivator, a lubricant, a photoinitiator, a polyfunctional cross-linking agent and a color masterbatch; the outer insulation material consists of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene, a flame retardant, a flame retardant synergist, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a photoinitiator, a polyfunctional cross-linking agent and a color masterbatch. The double-layer co-extruded inner layer insulation material and outer layer insulation material are extruded and passed through an LED irradiation device, and the online crosslinking speed is fast; the properties of a cable can comply with JG/T 441-2014; the cable has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, good flame retardancy, and a service life of more than 70 years.
