Abstract:
A double layer-structured anti-adhesion film and a manufacturing method therefor. The anti-adhesion film comprises a biodegradable polymeric nanofiber film arranged at the bottom layer and a gel film arranged at the surface layer. The manufacturing method comprises: step one, dissolving a biodegradable polymer in an organic solvent to produce a polymer electrospinning solution, and then producing a polymeric nanofiber film by means of an electrospinning method; step two, arranging the polymeric nanofiber film at the bottom of a mold, then pouring a prepared aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), hyaluronic acid (HA), and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) into the mold, and either drying or freeze-drying to produce the anti-adhesion film having a double-layered structure.
