Abstract:
According to the present invention, the objective of the present invention is to provide a double pipe assembly apparatus for piping, the apparatus facilitating the assembly of a double pipe, and being standardized so as to enable mass production such that product costs can be lowered. To this end, the present invention comprises: a first drum trolley wound with a first pipe; a second drum trolley wound with a second pipe having a diameter smaller than that of the first pipe; a first pipe withdrawal unit for withdrawing the first pipe from the first drum trolley at a preset speed and, simultaneously, adjusting the tension thereof when the pipe is withdrawn; a pipe assembly main body unit, which pulls in the first pipe withdrawn from the first pipe withdrawal unit so as to move same to a preset length and cut same, and pulls in the second pipe so as to insert the second pipe into the first pipe; a pipe changer unit, which is provided at the front end of the pipe assembly main body unit so as to chuck the end portion of the first pipe cut at a preset length, and moves the position of the chucked first pipe so as to put same on a line which is the same as that of the pulled-in position of the second pipe toward the pipe assembly main body unit, so as to guide the second pipe such that the second pipe is inserted into the first pipe; and a table lathe which guides the assembled double pipe from the pipe changer unit and holds same thereon.
