Abstract:
Disclosed is a double pitch disk assembly machine with an attachment piece, comprising a rotary table (300), wherein installation stations are arranged at the periphery of the rotary table (300); a feeding device (100) is provided on one of the installation stations at the periphery of the rotary table (300); a hinge pin feeding device (200), a standard piece hinge pin feeding device (400), an oil seal feeding device (500), a single node feeding device (600), an oil seal feeding device (500), the feeding device (100), and an upper attachment piece feeding device are sequentially arranged on the next installation station; and the upper attachment piece feeding device is constituted of two feeding devices (100) perpendicular to each other and used to feed the upper attachment piece into the rotary table (300) for assembling. By virtue of the cooperative feeding of the feeding devices (100, 200, 400, 500, 600), automatic assembly is realized, thus improving the production efficiency, and also facilitating the safe operation of the operator, and reducing operational risk.
